Pioneering Integrated Eldercare Innovation: With approximately 20 years of professional experience spanning energy and healthcare sectors, Denis leads BIGTREE Healthcare in revolutionizing Malaysia’s approach to senior living and care. A former management consultant specializing in business improvement, program management, and change management, he is also a Certified Health Coach from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.

Transforming Malaysia’s Eldercare Landscape: Under Denis’s leadership, BIGTREE Medicare & Nursing Home (BTMC) became one of only 19 Ministry of Health-licensed nursing homes in Malaysia and Melaka’s first integrated facility in July 2024. As of October 2025, BTMC has achieved full MOH licensing for 106 beds. He is simultaneously developing BIGTREE Residences (BTR)—a 538-unit integrated senior living development featuring the revolutionary 5Cs subscription framework.

Leading the Industry: As a member of the AGECOPE national committee, Denis shapes industry standards and advocates for high-quality care. In 2025, BIGTREE Healthcare was selected by MITI as an Official Delegate to the Osaka Kansai World Expo 2025, representing Malaysian eldercare innovation globally.
